  • Still Living Good

    I am still living good with LiveGood. I have been away due to my illness and some other family events. I attended 4 graduations in the last 3 weeks. I had a granddaughter graduate from Kindergarten, a grandson graduate from high school, another granddaughter graduate from college a year early. I also had a great niece graduate from elementary school. My little granddaughter and little grandson both play basketball. I am very happy that throughout all the activities I am still able to work on my business while being away from home. The only exception to that is when my illness takes over and I am forced to take time out.

  • Growing With LiveGood

    After being with LiveGood since March 16, 2023, I have moved up in rank.

    I am now Bronze. It took 90 days for me to reach this level. Let me tell you that I was not truly working this as a business. I joined initially to try the products.

    I had been in Melaleuca a few years ago. I left as I did not like pushing my customers to have to spend almost a hundred dollars each month on products that some of them did not really need or want. I did enjoy some of their products and had been looking for something to replace them.

I also try to exercise regularly but with the anemia it’s hard. I get winded and tired quickly. Walking is the best along with a tiny bit of weight machines. I belong to Planet Fitness. No Judgement!!

    Protein powder, Super Reds, Amino Acids, and Factor Four are the products I have been using regularly now for the past couple of months. I can say that the protein powder keeps me full a bit longer in the mornings. I am able to go without a snack until lunch time.

    I add a scoop of the super red powder to the protein. On days I don’t have the protein, I will just have the red powder with water. I will also drink the amino acids with only water. The amino acids have electrolytes, which I need for hydration. I like the Factor Four, it helps me with knee pain, and also I feel my memory is better when I take it.   • LiveGood Plant Based Protein Powder

    I joined LiveGood network marketing company a few weeks ago, and I have been using some of the products. So far, I have tried the Plant Protein Powder, Super Reds powder, and the Factor 4.

    This is actually the first time I have tried a plant based protein powder. I normally buy my favorite, which is a whey protein. Since I joined LiveGood, I wanted to try the plant based protein powder. I am very picky about protein powders, as I am a diabetic, and need to watch the carbs. The LiveGood Protein powder has only two total carbs. Most days for breakfast, I make smoothies with my protein powder, and use unsweetened almond milk. Super Reds is also added to my smoothies. I did try the protein powder with just the almond milk to try the taste. The flavor is vanilla, which I am not that fond of, but to my surprise, it tasted really good. It was like a vanilla milkshake!! I think I was also expecting to notice a big difference between whey protein, and the plant protein, but I didn’t notice anything!!
